Actor Rajkummar Rao, Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Sharma are
currently shooting for their first outing together, RoohiAfza in Manali. The movie
went on floors last week and now the entire ensemble is shooting in picturesque
mountains and valleys of Manali.

Earlier the official handle of Maddock Films dropped the
confirmation about the shooting. It shared a picture of clapboard and wrote,
“Karne aa rahe hai attention pe kabza, aaj se shuru hoti hai #RoohiAfza!

#GautamMehra @JioCinema”
The film is helmed by Hardik Mehta with Dinesh Vijan and
Mrighdeep Singh Lamba bankrolling the project.
Now Trade Analyst Komal Nahta has dropped a working still of
the film and captioned it, “Janhvi Kapoor commences shooting of Roohiafza in
Manali”
Post the success of the horror-comedy Stree, Rajkummar Rao
and producer Dinesh Vijan are teaming up once again for something on the
similar lines with RoohiAfza. The film revolves around two small-town
simpletons, Rajkummar and Varun, who are caught in situations that are scary as
well as funny.
This new horror comedy is set in Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad
and revolves around a folk tale. This will be the first time Rajkummar will be
seen sharing screen space with Janhvi.
It is slated to release on March 20, 2020. This will be
Rajkummar's third collaboration with Dinesh Vijan after "Stree" and
"Made in China".
